We encourage the client to explore alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration or mediation which have become increasingly popular as cost-effective and efficient mechanisms in handling most disputes. We remain flexible yet firm; understanding that such mechanisms are pre-litigation exercises in preparation for trial proper.
